The Company

Incorporated in 2011, ICDS Arch LTD is young and vibrant company. Our director formed the company on the back of many years' combined experience in a wide range of industries, from construction, design and advertising to corporate management within blue chip organisations.

We started with an initial focus on delivering ecological programmes for architecture. ICDS ARCH first came to the world's attention with the design of the Genotype modular dwells inspired by genetics and virus adjacent structures, followed by its work on the Phenotype model which embedded human behaviour into social structures.

ICDS Arch has since grown into a truly multidisciplinary organisation. Most recently, its work for the BlobHouse has reaffirmed its reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable designs that reinvent the built environment.

The firm is owned in trust on behalf of its staff. The result is an independence of spirit that is reflected in the firm's work, and in its dedicated pursuit of technical excellence.

The Executive

  Andrei Toma

  CEO

  Trained in creative arts, architecture and media since little he has knowledge to implement creative ideas. He has published works in research philosophy while studying Bachelors. Asking the limits of perception, he developed a strong concept about people and behaviours, specially in the augmented reality/virtual environments.
  

  Knowing to put the right questions has brought him to ICDS Arch where he implemented the green development and the new business architecture. In 2009 he founded the OpenLab where satellite-type structures are tested and analysed to better the conditions of the 21st green housing market. Residential prototypes are yet tested and developed, and the aim is to send the 1st BlobHouse into space in 2020.

  Since he steped as CEO to the company he released two new brands for the company.Olys and WebSprint
